The Finale · Part 2: The Wall
You both stayed silent. He went down. Then three years on the other side of the same wall.
What happened
You stayed silent: 97% of you. On @cousin.dre, 97% stayed silent too. At 11:52 neither page was signed, so the agent went to the evidence room himself, signed out the yellow copy and fed it to a shredder. This time the camera was watching him. At noon his name was on every screen. Destroying federal evidence: twenty years.
As his witnesses, you told the feds everything, the freezer included. All $5.5M went back and was shredded. You and Dre each did three years, in two cells with one wall between them. The first night, you knocked. By week two you were spelling words in the prisoners' tap code. Dre: "I had the pen in my hand, cuz. A whole minute." So did you. Miss Pearl visited with a photo of the cat.
Day 1,095, the gate opened, and Walt was waiting. The night guard who slept through every shift had seen six months of paper under your lunch. The agent wrote him into the night log for a night he wasn't even there, and 57% of you refused the deal that put your twenty years on him. When the feds showed him unit 214, bag two was still inside, sealed as evidence. The camera watched the door, not the wall: he rented 213 under his sister's name, cut through, took the bag and left blank paper cut to bill size. The feds blamed the agent. Then he waited three years, same as you.
The ledger: ten million dollars, spent, lost, given back. Zero. Then one bag came back: $3,414,000, split three ways. $1,138,000 each. Season 2: this time, you plan the heist. Wednesday, Oct 28, 7pm ET.

The evidence
The story is fiction. These rules are real.
Destroying evidence: up to 20 years
Destroying or hiding a record to obstruct a federal investigation is its own crime, separate from whatever the record was about, with a maximum of twenty years. It applies to anyone, agents included.
