Refund policy

• Founder's Pass and the guide: email contact@saveo.ca within 14 days of buying, from the email you bought with, and we'll refund you in full. Your name comes off Most Wanted.
• The game promise: if the heist game isn't available by November 11, 2026, every Founder's Pass buyer can get a full refund, whenever they bought.
• Skipped username: if we can't use the username you gave us, we refund you.
• Business Cameo: full refund if you cancel before your part is produced. After it airs, no refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5–10 business days.
